CAR WASH - JUNE 20TH

the next SURFERS HEALING fund raising event is a CAR WASH on JUNE 20TH from 10:00-1:00 at the North Providence High School.

it's time, and long overdue, to give another thank you and a great big hug to a deserving person. when we held our first fundraiser, THE ART OF DINING IN THE SPACE AGE back in January of '09 we needed businesses to help w/ donations of either cash, gift cards, or food/drinks. since we were regular customers at TRINITY BREWHOUSE in Providence we decided that would be the best place to start. we presented the owner w/ all the info and had a brief chat w/ him at the bar but the person that prodded, pushed, and supported what we were trying to do was the manager, JEN. she came through w/ everything we needed and wanted, and always did it w/ a smile. with TRINITY BREWHOUSE as our first sponsor we were able to recruit other restaurants and businesses to join this event. JEN played a big part in making our event a success.

CAR WASH

the date of the North Providence High School car wash has been changed to Saturday June 20th.

CAR WASH JUNE 13TH

the kids from north providence high school will be holding a car wash on june 13th to help raise money for SURFERS HEALING.

YARD SALE SATURDAY JUNE 6TH

this saturday june 6th there will be a yard sale to benefit surfers healing. the sale will be held at 25 killdeer rd. in warwick and is part of the annual governor francis neighborhood yard sale. 100% of the money raised at the killdeer sale will be donated to surfers healing.
